WS-Plast® thick film M 4200 EG is rolled, sprayed or painted on fresh hot-dip galvanizing or non-anodized aluminum. WS-Plast® thick film M 4200 EG is electrostatically adjusted. Hot-dip galvanized + WS-Plast® = decorative protection for decades.

Surface preparation:
For hot-dip galvanized substrates, aluminum substrates, non-galvanized steel and old coatings, different pretreatments should be used. Please note the product data sheet and the processing information.
Application:
The processing can be done by brushing, rolling, conventional or airless spraying. All electrostatic methods are applicable. Stir well before use. For further information (dilution, injection pressure, etc.) please refer to the product data sheet and the processing information.
Drying-time:
Dust-dry: approx. 20 minutes
Recoatable: approx. 1-2 hours
Touch proof: about 2 hours
Completely dry: about 1-2 days

Productiveness
250 g per m2 result in 80my dry film = the recommended minimum layer thickness. When used near the coast and in road salt contaminated environment at least 160my are required.
